We provide Project Managers from different levels.  From Program Managers capable of running large complex programs, Project Managers to run large to medium sized projects up to Project Management Office staff that coordinate and consolidate the administrative tasks of running projects.

A pragmatic approach to project management that is based on the PMBOK is employed to ensure that projects are run professionally and consistently.  It is not enough to meet the triple constraints, projects are planned and executed with the intent to meet the business need that spawned the project in the first place.

Finally, we marry both SCRUM and formal Project Management in order to bring the best of both worlds.  Combining speed of delivery with the requisite levels of documentation.

Business Analysis is a key speciality that is made available to our clients.  Providing our clients with business analysts that can ask the right questions and probe deeper to

Going beyond the traditional Managed Service; ARC uses a combination of both human and software to get the best of both worlds in delivering on the requirements of an outsourced function. The main premise being to utilize the right resource to do the right function. We maximize human talent by performing functions best suited to thinking individuals; tasks that require discernment, analytical projections, understanding, etc. But let software deal with tasks that are clerical, repetitive, complicate or prone to risk.

ARC uses its own Data Converter products and processes to automate most of the functions’s most clerical tasks. This allows the client to enjoy the benefits a more efficient means of operating the triad and reducing risk in the processing of data. In addition, the some operations can be done in the off-hours without need for human presence.
